Q: When will I receive the report I've ordered ?
We will compile and email your standard report within 24 hours from payment. Enhanced
reports sometimes take a little longer.
If for any reason there is a delay or we require some more information we will contact you via the email address
you supplied with your order.
Q: I’ve ordered a background report on someone will they find out?
No not unless you tell them! We never make contact with the people we profile or leave
footprints on the databases we search.
Q: How accurate is the information in the report?
All the data contained in our background reports is sourced from official licensed
databases and cross checked by a member of of team where possible to ensure accuracy.
Q: Is this legal?
Yes! As a registered data controller we are allowed to maintain and process the data we
use in our reports.

Q: Can you trace someone for me in UK ?
We get lots of request to trace people. We can do this for a fix fee of £45.
Q: I only have their name & telephone number can you still provide a background
report ?
In most cases yes we can but it may take a little longer to prepare the report as we will
first need to trace the subject.
Please note a trace is only available when you buy an enhanced report or for a one off fee of
£45.
Q: Can you supply a background report on a person who has just come to live in the UK
from an other country ?
Only if that person had prior interests in the UK for example they were a director of a
UK limited company or a UK property owner.
Q: What happens if you are not able to provide the report I've ordered?
We are committed to releasing only information that the law allows us to
release.
The law restricts the disclosure of information about individuals in certain circumstances including where a court
orders a restriction, or as otherwise set down in law.
In the very rare circumstance that we are unable to provide you with the report requested we will let you know
within 24 hours and refund your payment in full.
